Altdeutsche Schäferhünde have genetically weak hips and, due to the sloping back, a disproportionate loading of the hind quarters (back legs). So with the animal Physiopherapist, Barbara Baust, we've prepared a training plan to improve Josie's balance and strangthen her muscles, in order to alleviate the load on ligaments, hence reducing inflamation and long-term chronic afflictions, such as arthritis and slipped discs.

Below an attempt to import a table into this website: an open office .ods file was imported into a word press table plug-in, then exported as html, then cut&pasted onto this page. Unfortunately, formatting was lost :-( Also, the resulting html is not easily editable. So probably a plug-in should be used which can render the formatting directly from the ods or xls file. The file must then be uploaded to the ionos  domain.
